Terms and Conditions

All prices exclude VAT and are based on current exchange rate. Any fluctuations in the currency at time of payment will be factored in for the Customer’s account, either up or down.

Any changes in items, quantity, colour, or branding requirements are subject tore-quotation. Promo One (Pty) Ltd (Promo One) reserves the right to ship and invoice for a quantity of goods which may vary up to five percent (5%) over or under the quantity specified and the Customer agrees to accept delivery and pay for such revised quantity and consider the shipment to be complete.

All goods remain the property of Promo One until fully paid for (unless storage terms have been agreed).

Goods not collected within 14 days will attract a market related storage fee.

Production of orders will only commence once the order has been confirmed, the artwork approval has been received and a 50% deposit fee has been paid (unless alternative payment terms have been agreed in writing).

For all import and cross border orders, full payment is required with the order before production will commence.

Any shortages, damages or misprints need to be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the order.

Any artwork not received in Vector format will attract a redraw fee.

Promo One does not accept any responsibility for stock incorrectly ordered or artwork incorrectly approved.

In line with global branding standards, any shortages/damages or misprints below 2% of the total order will be credited and not replaced. 

Lead times for standard orders are 5 – 7 working days, production lead times may vary according to quantity, stock availability and the nature of the order. 

For all import orders, quotes are based on shipment of all stock in one consolidated order. Delivery is based on Sea Freight unless otherwise stipulated.

Any customs stoppages or weather delays are out of Promo One’s control and Promo One's will not be held liable. Where possible, Promo One will arrange pre-clearance to ensure that there are no delays.

The ETA (estimated time of arrival) indicated is subject to change due to unforeseen supplier, shipping or customs delays, these dates cannot be guaranteed. Shipping, delivery, or performance dates are approximate and are not guaranteed.

Lead times exclude weekends, public holidays, and annual shutdown periods.

Promo One does not under any circumstances accept responsibility for any parcels opened, tampered with, or damaged by 3rd party delivery services, drivers, or couriers. 

Promo One will not be held liable for a shortage of stock or delays for circumstances beyond our control.

Cancellation of unbranded orders will attract a 25% cancellation fee if cancelled more than 7 hours from the order being placed.

Orders cancelled after any artwork has been generated will attract a cancellation fee as well as a layout fee of R300 excluding VAT per completed layout.

Orders with approved artwork which are already in production cannot be cancelled and payment in full will be required.
